Glitter TOMS - How to Wear It, Part 3

Hi there, Moxie fans! We're back with part three of How to Wear It - Glitter TOMS!
We're on to silver pair now and this is the pair that I think is the most difficult to dress up because they are the lightest color and I have never been a fan of light colored dress shoes (white gets kind of nurse-y.) After a ton of research (no, seriously) I have come up with this:

It's important to keep the rest of the outfit on the more casual end of "dressy"... simple fabrications and few embellishments. That said, you should probably add in another silver thing or two so the shoes don't look out of place. I opted for a belt (love 'em!) and a girly silver necklace. Add some eyeliner and you're ready to dance all night!
(Literally, since you'll be wearing comfortable shoes for once.)

Hello again!
We're back today with part two of how to wear your glittery TOMS and we're going for the gold!
If you have the gold glitter TOMS then you already understand their disco-tastic appeal- they are a very fun pair. So how do you take your TOMS out for a night on the town? This eye-catching pair doesn't need too much, just your most flattering pair of jeans, favorite cardigan, a girly top, and some extra jewelry (because sometimes too much is just enough.) Voilà- you're out the door in time for Happy Hour!

Glitter TOMS - How to Wear It, Part 1

We all know that TOMS are awesome- cute shoes, great cause! (If you don't know, please check out their website or come on down to Moxie and see for yourself!)
And down here at Moxie we're having a love affair/collective droolfest over the new glittery TOMS. We carry the black, gold and silver styles and I can't help but let my mind wander off thinking about the sartorial possibilities. Of course you can wear all the TOMS styles with your favorite jeans and t-shirt combo- that's a given! But these oh-so-glittery confections offer a new idea- dressing your TOMS up. Sure, they're the same comfy style and silhouette, but they're sparkly (have I emphasized that enough?) So I've combined these lovely disco-sneaks with a few of my favorite late-night and formal looks. Up first are the black glitter pair:
Since the black pair create more of a "neutral" look, you not only have the freedom to wear them with even more outfits, you may want to pick an outfit that lets the shoes shine (pun intended.) I have chosen a menswear-inspired look, a favorite this season, to showcase the TOMS. You don't need too much more sparkle, so just a touch of bling ought to do the job.
